Punch

 1 - 12 ounce can of frozen citrus juice concentrate, thawed

1 - 12 ounce can of frozen berry juice concentrate, thawed

2 - 2 liters of ginger ale

ice cubes

strawberries and oranges (optional)

 

Chicken Salad Croissants

 1 cup of celery (chopped)

1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)

 6 chicken breasts cooked and diced

1 cup of mayonnaise

3 red apples (diced)

3 green apples (diced)

Mix together and serve on croissants.

Taco Dip

 8 ounces of cream cheese

8 ounces of sour cream

1 package of taco seasoning

Toppings: lettuce, cheese black olives, salsa and tomatoes

Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. 

Spread on a tray of large plate and top with toppings.  Serve with tortilla chips.

 

Veggie Pizza

 2- 8 ounce packages of cream cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp dill weed

1 tsp minced onion

1/2 to 1 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt

Press 2 large packages of crescent rolls into 2 pizza pans.  Bake 8 minutes at 375 degrees.

Spread with above mixture when cool.  Top with any variety of vegetables - black olives,

cheese, broccoli cauliflower, green pepper, carrots and mozzarella cheese are a good combination.

Oriental Salad 

2 Tbsp sunflower seeds

1/2 cup slivered almonds

1 small cabbage shredded

1 package of chicken Ramen Noodles

1/3 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup oil

3 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Toast sunflower seeds and almonds in oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. 

Break noodles over shredded cabbage and toss together.  Combine onion, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper

and Ramen Noodle seasoning packet.  Mix everything together 20 minutes before serving.

Marble Cheesecake

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

3 Tbsp sugar

3 Tbsp butter

3 - 8 ounce packages of cream cheese

3/4 cup of sugar

1 tsp of vanilla extract

3 large eggs

1 -1 ounce square of baking chocolate melted

Combine graham cracker crumbs, 3 Tbsps sugar and butter. 

Press into bottom of a 9 inch cake pan.  Bake at 350 degress for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla.  Beat with mixer on

medium speed until well blended.  Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

Blend melted chocolate into 1 cup of the batter.  Spoon the batters alternately over

crust cutting through with a knife to create marbling effect.  Bake at 450 degrees for

10 minutes.  Reduce temp to 250 degress and continue baking for 30 minutes.  Loosen cake

from the rim of the pan, cool before removing from the pan.  Chill - 12 servings.
